About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Success leader who will drive and run our strategic account portfolio, leading by example and driving their own opportunities while coaching others on theirs.
The successful candidate will oversee finding value on strategic accounts to grow value and revenue in these accounts, including ownership of specific accounts themselves. They will evolve our Customer Success methodology and processes in the context of a lean, fast-growing technology startup.
Key Responsibilities- Drive and run our strategic account portfolio as a player/coach
- Oversight of finding value on strategic accounts to grow value and revenue
- Ownership of specific accounts and evolution of our Customer Success methodology and processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a related field
- Experience leading high-performing customer success teams
- Experience in high-intensity environments, such as technology start-ups and consulting
- A customer-centric mindset
- Working knowledge of data analytics and performance/operation metrics (KPIs, OKRs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong analytical mindset and the ability to plan in detail
