We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Key Account Services Team Lead to join our team. As a Strategic Key Account Services Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Key Accounts team in providing exceptional service experiences to our key retail accounts.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding leadership qualities, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for enhancing service quality through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and develop the B2B Key Account representative team, fostering a positive team atmosphere and enhancing the team's overall professional capabilities and service standards.
- Strategy Execution & Operations Management: Effectively translate our customer service strategy into daily operational goals and action plans for the Key Accounts team.
- Customer Relationship & Support: Establish and maintain long-term, stable cooperative relationships with internal and external customers.
- Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Resolve complex customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues, identify pain points, and drive process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow and jointly enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
