Bundaberg Sugar Ltd is a leading manufacturer of sugar and related products in the Bundaberg region. As a Financial Administrator, you will be an integral part of our finance team, responsible for managing various accounting systems and tasks.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Financial Administrator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Process Cane Pay and Accounts Payable tasks using Syspro and Oracle accounting systems.
  • Accurately interpret and record data from IMS (Oracle based) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Liaise with suppliers and department managers regarding invoices and other financial matters.
  • Maintain and update computerised records to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide support to Finance Companies in relation to vehicle finance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to challenges, and plan accordingly.
  • An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat DC.
