Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Officer to join our team at Bundaberg Sugar Ltd.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, processing Cane Pays and Accounts Payable tasks, and various administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate interpretation and processing of data in Syspro and Oracle
- Recording Cane Pays in IMS (Oracle based)
- Liaising with suppliers and department managers in relation to invoices
- Maintenance and filing of computerised records
- Liaising with Finance Companies in relation to vehicle finance
- General administration duties within the Business Services sector
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to challenges
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan, organise and work to deadlines
- Ability to work independently and have good interpersonal skills
- Interested in working in a finance and accounting environment
