Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
About the Role: CRUX Management Services is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial data, providing essential support to our finance team, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable – Invoicing using industry-specific software
- Responsible for debtors collection management and reporting
- Accounts Payable – Invoice data entry
- Processing of bank accounts and credit card transfers, payments, coding, and reconciliations using a corporate credit card software platform
- Processing and monitoring customer budget funding requests
- Cost centre allocation reviews and intercompany recharge invoicing
- Administrative support for all bank account and credit card reconciliation requirements
- Efficient and effective processing of repair & insurance claims in line with policies and procedures
- Data analysis and KPI Reporting as required
Requirements:
- General bookkeeping skills and experience (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated experience using MYOB or similar finance software (highly regarded)
- Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office, email, and web-based applications
- Ability to work both independently but also within a collaborative team environment
- Exceptional time-management and organisational skills
- Highly proactive, accurate, and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Hold or be eligible to apply for a Working with Children Blue Card
