Dedicated Practice Manager Wanted for Rewarding Role

About the JobWe are seeking an experienced and innovative Practice Manager to lead our team in delivering professional business services to Specialists, Visiting Medical Officers, and patients at our Medical Consulting Suites and associated FSPH business services. This role has primary responsibility for coordinating and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our patients and VMOs, including front-line customer service, business support, secretarial, financial, software, systems, rostering, and caretaking activities.
Job ResponsibilitiesThis hands-on role requires strong office and practice management skills, with a focus on achieving business objectives through effective leadership, resource management, and staff supervision. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the delivery of exceptional business services to our patients and VMOs.
- Coordinating front-line customer service, business support, and administrative tasks.
- Managing staff, resources, and budgets to achieve business objectives.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and patient satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role, preferably in a hospital, healthcare, or general practice environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical services and terminology relevant to outpatient service operations.
- Advanced computer literacy and experience with Practice Management Software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary package, we offer a range of benefits, including:
