Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support across the branch, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflow.
- Establishing and maintaining administrative processes and records for the branch, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, as well as courier services, to facilitate timely communication.
- Maintaining office supplies, branch amenities, and consumables, ensuring a productive work environment.
- Liaising with customers and suppliers on routine matters, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Assisting in preparing branch timesheets and liaising with Payroll on pay-related queries, ensuring prompt and accurate payment.
- Processing customer sales orders and preparing purchase orders as agreed, facilitating smooth transactions.
- Reconciling accounts and invoicing, ensuring financial accuracy and integrity.
- Helping maintain safety stock levels and ensuring stock records accurately reflect inventory on-hand, guaranteeing availability and minimizing waste.
- Performing general clerical duties, scanning, photo copying, and filing, contributing to an organized and efficient workplace.
