About the Opportunity

We have an exciting part-time or full-time opportunity for a Branch Administrator who is highly motivated and customer-focused to join our high-performing team in Bundaberg.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support across the branch, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflow.
  • Establishing and maintaining administrative processes and records for the branch, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, as well as courier services, to facilitate timely communication.
  • Maintaining office supplies, branch amenities, and consumables, ensuring a productive work environment.
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers on routine matters, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assisting in preparing branch timesheets and liaising with Payroll on pay-related queries, ensuring prompt and accurate payment.
  • Processing customer sales orders and preparing purchase orders as agreed, facilitating smooth transactions.
  • Reconciling accounts and invoicing, ensuring financial accuracy and integrity.
  • Helping maintain safety stock levels and ensuring stock records accurately reflect inventory on-hand, guaranteeing availability and minimizing waste.
  • Performing general clerical duties, scanning, photo copying, and filing, contributing to an organized and efficient workplace.
