We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our Institutional Banking team in Sydney. As a Business Support Officer, you will play a critical role in assisting with the setup and maintenance of client documentation, recording and safekeeping of documents, and preparing reports for Head Office and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of client documentation, including Bank Guarantees and counter guarantee cross-border issuance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and documentation.
  • Enter client details into Bank systems with high accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit reports to Head Office and regulatory bodies in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with financial covenants and bank audit confirmations.
  • Ensure proper recording and safe custody of documentation and reports.
  • Represent the Bank professionally when dealing with external parties.
Requirements
  • Understanding of documentation for Syndicated, Bilateral Facilities, and Bank Guarantees.
  • Intermediate computer literacy, especially in MS Office Suite.
  • Banking experience preferably in a similar role within a Commercial/Institutional Bank.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
