As a Banks and Insurance Relationship Manager at Westpac Institutional Banking, you will play a key role in supporting the coverage bankers drive strategic engagement and manage and deepen the relationship with a portfolio of clients in the Banks and Insurance sector.

You will be responsible for coordinating the professional delivery of solutions for customers, including developing customer presentation material, coordinating communication to customers, and supporting the development of customer relationships and attendance at customer meetings where appropriate.

You will also act as an interface with the customer on client service matters, prepare and coordinate pricing approvals and account plans, and oversee hygiene matters necessary for the smooth running of the Bank and Insurance customer portfolio, including pipeline, revenue forecasting, and reporting.

In addition, you will support the development and execution of sector strategy, engage with key stakeholders, including risk, product, business development, and customer insights and analytics, and perform ad hoc tasks to support customer needs and deliverables.
