About the Role:

NHP is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our vibrant Brisbane office. As the welcoming face of our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating our business operations.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our team, contributing to the seamless functioning of our office. Your expertise will be pivotal in managing the reception area, coordinating events, and handling administrative duties.

Responsibilities include:

  • Front Desk Reception: Meeting and greeting visitors, contractors, and training attendees; managing front door and visitor access/sign-in for NHP and Rockwell Automation
  • Purchase Order and Invoice Management: Managing purchase orders and invoices for 3rd party suppliers
  • Event Coordination: Coordinating events, customer functions, and training, including room setup, catering, and cleanup
  • Travel Management: Managing travel arrangements for all staff in QLD
  • State Manager and Sales Leadership Support: Providing administrative support to State Managers and Sales Leaders, including managing forecasting files, collating and updating monthly submissions, and preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Facility Management: Managing contractors on site, including fire, AC, plumbers, electricians, and other services; coordinating facility maintenance and repairs
  • CSC Data Entry Support: Providing data entry support for CSC as required

Requirements:

  • Administrative Experience: Strong administrative skills with a proven track record in a similar role
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, with strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Customer Focus: Customer-focused with a friendly, personable, and approachable manner
  • Technical Skills: High level of proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
