Technical Expertise Opportunity

We are actively seeking individuals to join our well-established team in Newcastle, focusing on running diagnostics, trouble-shooting, and servicing Building Automation / Energy Management Systems, as well as carrying out scheduled servicing.

Interstate travel may be required for training and projects.

The Role Description

You will work closely with customers adopting a consultative approach to understand their needs and provide solutions to further expand and improve their existing systems.

You will also have the opportunity to complete projects and upgrade works on new and existing sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine service, reactive breakdowns, and planned maintenance works.
  • Design and programming of BMS/HVAC control systems.
  • Analyze data directly from a building's BMS to gain clarity on systems/faults.
  • Project management and small project work.
  • Work directly with clients in a technical advisory/consultative capacity.
Requirements

Industry experience within electrical, HVAC, instrumentation-controls, security, data, or other related trade work will be highly regarded. A hands-on experience with cabling or mechanical-electrical is desired.

A high-level problem-solving skill, excellent communication skills, and customer-focused attitude are necessary.
