Job Title

Technical Leadership Role in SAP HR Payroll Systems

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical guidance within SAP HR Payroll application, encompassing integrated component architecture and design.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business operational and functional needs to recommend process enhancements.
  • Design and deliver solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring seamless operability across relevant modules.
  • Evaluate, document, and communicate change implications.
  • Coordinate project tasks, including training, documentation, process review, data cleansing, and cutover activities.
  • Contribute to the development, documentation, and execution of functional unit and integrated test scenarios.
  • Offer day-to-day system support within SAP specialist components.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of technical experience in a support and project delivery capacity.
  • Ability to comprehend customer needs and engage with them effectively.
  • Adherence to IT standards and industry best practices.
  • Advanced expertise with SAP Payroll and HR systems.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP FICO modules is highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
