Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for managing and assessing a portfolio of Retail or Group IP and TPD claims. You will also be required to liaise with doctors, rehabilitation providers, legal professionals, and advisers on a daily basis. Your tasks will include initiating claims investigations, requesting medical and financial information, and making claim decisions according to your authority level.

Additionally, you will need to have a passion for mental health and wellbeing, as well as high attention to detail, resilience, and empathy.
