We're seeking a results-driven sales professional with high energy, passion, and initiative to join our Enterprise Sales Team. The successful candidate will identify, prospect, negotiate, and close large enterprise deals across ANZ in various industries. Working closely with the Head of Enterprise Sales, you will drive business growth and impact in the Enterprise segment for ANZ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue large, complex enterprise deals in various industries.
  • Manage multi-threaded sales cycles, engaging end-users through to C-level executives and building the value of our products.
  • Develop and execute engagement plans for key prospects.
  • Manage pipeline, deal flow, and forecasting with accuracy.
  • Proactively identify and solve client challenges.
  • Lead with insight and deliver an exceptional prospect/customer experience.

Requirements:

  • At least 8-10 years of experience managing complex technology sales to enterprise accounts, preferably in fintech/payments.
  • A network of advocates to support your success in this role.
  • Ability to reach and develop relationships with decision-makers in key industries.
  • Track record of success in carrying quotas and building and maintaining pipelines to achieve it.
  • Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.
  • Ability to build meaningful, collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication/presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complexity for others.
  • Resilience, drive, creativity, patience, adaptability, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Success-oriented and accountable for delivering key outcomes, including KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Ability to travel if needed and work autonomously in a remote environment with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week.
