Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Consultant to join our team at Kincare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by maintaining a solution-orientated approach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving and maximising billable hours within scope while supporting CHSP customer journeys.
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to manage requests, complaints, and escalations.
- Following procedures and managing requests according to the information documented in Salesforce or emails.
- Managing incidents, hazards, and complaints in alignment with respective policies and escalating where required.
- Ensuring all clinical situations are escalated to the appropriate clinical team in an effective and timely manner.
- Managing invoicing inquiries, direct debit requests, and fee considerations requests.
- Committing to continuous improvement, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring organisational compliance.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a strong customer experience focus gained through working in CHSP or similar previous roles. Previous demonstrated experience in an office/administration role is also essential. Advanced written and verbal communication skills, ability to build strong internal relationships, and ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities are also required.
