Job Title: Customer Care Specialist

We're seeking an exceptional Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all inbound calls from families seeking guidance and assistance in arranging a funeral.
  • Coordinate the logistics of funeral delivery with our state-based service providers, ensuring seamless communication with families.
  • Provide overarching support to families, exceeding their expectations with compassion and empathy.
  • Contribute to the development of content and resources that empower our customers to make informed decisions.

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
