Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for families, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance in arranging funerals, while ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Inbound Calls: Respond to and manage all inbound calls from families seeking guidance and assistance in arranging funerals.
  • Logistics Coordination: Arrange the logistics of funeral delivery with our state-based service providers, and communicate with families to ensure they are comfortable with the process.
  • Exceptional Support: Provide overarching support to families, ensuring their experience is exceptional and compassionate.
  • Content Contribution: Contribute to the development of content and resources provided to customers, ensuring they are well-informed, supported, and empowered.
