Revenue Manager Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead proactive revenue management across our properties, driving occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR) performance.
  • Oversee Central Reservations, providing leadership and guidance to the Reservations Supervisor and team.
  • Optimise distribution channels and inventory management to maximise revenue potential.
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing and Operations to deliver commercial strategies that enhance profitability and the guest experience.
  • Provide analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
