Sofitel Adelaide seeks a seasoned Revenue Manager to develop and execute rate strategy, manage hotel inventory distribution, and maximize revenue streams.
- Lead regular Revenue meetings with management to discuss hotel revenue strategies and drive departments to be accountable for their contribution to results.
- Manage competitor intelligence, pricing, room inventory and yield, distribution channels, market segment mix, and major group bookings.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Revenue Management principles, proven working knowledge of GDS, revenue management systems, and sales skills. They will also have exceptional analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to increase hotel revenue.

Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior Revenue Management role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
