Revenue Management Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Revenue Management Specialist to contribute to our organization's financial operations.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality revenue management services, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of hospital billing and private practice administration processes.

  • Developing and implementing effective revenue cycle strategies.
  • Generating invoices and claims from various sources, including Medicare and health funds.
  • Processing associated doctor and hospital disbursements and funds transfers.

This position requires:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex revenue-related issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Prior experience working in a healthcare or finance-related field, preferably in revenue management or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. They will also possess a strong understanding of financial regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hospital Billing and Private Practice Administration: Develop and implement efficient billing processes to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
  • Claims Generation and Processing: Generate and process claims from various sources, including Medicare and health funds.
  • Funds Transfers and Disbursements: Process associated doctor and hospital disbursements and funds transfers.
