Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Account Strategist to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, driving satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling of products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic account plans aligned with each client's business goals and challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

- Maintain accurate records of account activity and provide timely sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum 3 years' experience in account management with a strong focus on customer engagement and solution delivery.
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer interactions and tracking renewal opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve customer queries within agreed SLAs.
- Experience handling escalations and collaborating with internal teams to achieve resolution.
