  • You will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of reservations staff to ensure consistency in service delivery.
  • Handle incoming reservations enquiries efficiently, upselling opportunities, and maximising revenue.
  • Coordinate group bookings, meeting client requests and special needs where possible.
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge, staying up-to-date on all available products and specials.
  • Familiarise yourself with the reservations system, rate structure, occupancy, and property features to optimise occupancy.
