About Our Client

Engage Personnel is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team in the inner east.

Job Summary

This exciting opportunity involves providing exceptional administrative support to our accounting practice, with a strong focus on ASIC administration. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for manning the reception, managing office administration tasks, and assisting with ad-hoc duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and other stakeholders
  • Manage reception duties, including answering incoming calls and responding to emails
  • Assist with ASIC and ATO administration, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Liaise with clients and other organisations in person and over the phone
  • Support the accountants with administrative tasks, as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of [Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum] salary experience within a public practice accounting firm
  • Demonstrated experience working with ASIC and/or ATO systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
