- Develop key account strategies, deliver tailored product presentations and exceed client expectations through superior service and support.
- Verify the accuracy of proposed installations and specifications before creating orders, ensuring seamless delivery and installation coordination.
- Provide high-level sales support and guidance within the showroom environment.
- Manage data entry, registrations, tender expressions of interest, client visit arrangements and marketing/event management tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a cross-functional team to drive business excellence and achieve strategic objectives.
