icebreaker : Key Account Manager, Melbourne. This is a remote role, based in Melbourne and you will be required to work remotely. The role involves telling Icebreaker's story and selling our Merino products to Wholesale partners, delivering account revenue and growth.
Responsibilities- Deliver account revenue and growth by effectively managing customer relationships and accounts in a designated territory.
- Deliver the marketing systems that drive retail sell-through success for assigned accounts and work closely with retail partners to strengthen brand presence in the territory.
- Provide outstanding sales and account management to key wholesale clients.
- Utilize strong communication and presentation skills to engage partners and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate insight, commercial acumen, sound judgment, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Manage key wholesale partner doors in the region and coordinate travel as required.
- Driving revenue and smashing sales targets.
- Providing outstanding customer service and acting as a Brand Ambassador.
- Maintain personal brand alignment with Icebreaker's story and values.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- High level of commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent time-management, prioritization, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel frequently (regional and potential overseas trips).
- Spending time on the road and working remotely.
- Collaborating with teams and being active and adventurous.
