Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, outbound sales calls and client relationship development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation and business development
  • Outbound sales calls and client meetings
  • Reference checking and market mapping
  • Conducting client meetings and providing solutions
  • End-to-end recruitment best practice

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to join our close-knit team and take ownership of their business development plan. You will have the autonomy to develop your own client base and work closely with our Director to achieve targets and KPIs.

Requirements:
