This strategic account executive position requires a seasoned sales professional to develop and execute tailored strategies to penetrate and expand major accounts in the ANZ region. The ideal candidate will possess sophisticated account research skills, executive-level messaging abilities, and champion-building expertise to deliver on customer pain points and priority business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and navigate complex organizational structures to build relationships with executive sponsors and champions.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand customers' business objectives and perform a value-driven sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success.
  • Consistently exceed ARR revenue targets by driving success through a metric-based approach.
About You:
  • 7+ years of closing experience in sales with a proven track record as a top performer.
  • Ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate highly technical products while adapting to fast-growing and changing environments.
  • Clear examples of closing complex deals and selling into complex organizations.
  • Experience building relationships and selling face-to-face to C-level executives.
  • Knowledge of best-of-breed software and technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security, and analytics.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with multiple teammates including SEs, BDRs, PMs, Executives, and Engineers.

This is a remote position based in Australia, requiring a strong understanding of the regional market, its cultural nuances, and business practices.
