Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a servicing professional.

  • Perform on-site and mobile servicing for equipment, ensuring timely completion of tasks and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Travel interstate to provide expert servicing and repair services, building strong relationships with clients.
  • Process customer service and repair orders using a CRM system, providing efficient solutions and effective communication.
  • Servicing various equipment, including SCBA, Airline & Escape Equipment, Compressed Air Cylinders, PAPR Equipment, and Passive RPE.
  • Manage repairs for rural mask service contracts, meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results.
  • Inspect and pre-deliver finished goods such as SCBA, Thermal Imaging, Compressed Air Cylinders, and Airline Equipment, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Monitor and maintain spare part stock levels at the facility, working closely with the Service Coordinator to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Engage in customer-facing activities, managing non-accredited service customer details and providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ensure all equipment requiring calibration is calibrated on time, maintaining accurate records and adhering to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers and the broader sales team to identify additional revenue opportunities and future training needs.

Requirements:

  • Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Trade Qualification required.
  • No specific tertiary qualifications are necessary; however, a trade diploma is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of servicing SCBA equipment is essential.
  • High degree of computer literacy, including proficiency in SAP CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel analysis, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills are required.
  • A confident manner when interacting with internal teams and external customers, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment and across functional teams.
  • High level of functional and technical skills, with the ability to understand and translate technical literature.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and resourceful innovation to meet customer requirements.
  • Attention to detail, organizational, and planning abilities are crucial.
