The maintenance team plays a crucial role in supporting production and maintenance departments with best practice support and customer service.

This key position is responsible for identifying and delivering change initiatives and solutions that ensure supply chain objectives are achieved.

The focus lies in optimizing return on capital investment by ensuring supply chain needs are met/exceeded in terms of safety, cost, quality, environment and service levels.

As a site-based leader, you will oversee daily activities of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

You will coordinate daily workloads, prioritize tasks and ensure the team meets operational goals.

Liaising with external contractors and equipment specialists will be essential in executing planned maintenance activities.

Your role requires identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations.

Achieving cost efficiency while maintaining high standards of equipment reliability is also a key responsibility.
