A new position is available for a suitably experienced and qualified Field Service Technician to join our team.

Experience with dental/medical equipment service and repair work is advantageous.

Our service technicians are working in Dental practices across the region and in our workshop at Murarrie.

You will be responsible for technical support including installation and commissioning, fault diagnosis and resolution, preventative maintenance and calibration of our equipment.

A customer service focus with clear communication skills are necessary to succeed in this dynamic role.

To be successful in this role ideally you will need;

  • Electrical License or Restricted Electrical License highly desirable but not essential, an A Grade Electrical license is preferred.
  • Experience as a service technician in medical or dental field.
  • A demonstrated capability in instrument repair, service and calibration.
  • Current QLD Driver's license
  • Satisfactory police clearance
