Medical Equipment Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to provide maintenance, commissioning, and technical support for medical equipment in the Ultrasound and Diagnostic X-Ray portfolio across Queensland and Northern Territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional service through corrective and preventative maintenance, software and hardware upgrades, and technical support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to minimize customer downtime and ensure all requirements are met according to company processes.
- Maintain knowledge through ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with new technologies relevant to your focus area.
- Travel to various locations as required.
- Previous experience in customer-facing service roles is essential.
- Familiarity with medical equipment like Ultrasound and Diagnostic X-Ray is desirable.
- Current Restricted Electrical License is mandatory.
- Qualifications or equivalent experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields are required.
- Strong IT skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
