As a skilled Field Equipment Specialist, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our turf maintenance-related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective service strategies to optimize equipment performance
  • Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and proper resourcing of service fleet vehicles
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent mechanical failures and downtime
  • Establish and maintain accurate records of equipment servicing and maintenance history
  • Collaborate with clients to provide product training and support as needed
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License is essential for this role
