This is a leadership role within the Cyclone Brand, where you will support and drive the Rural Sales and Marketing team. The position plays a key part in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

  • Continuously improve customer service processes
  • Achieve and exceed key performance indicators

To succeed, you must be able to learn quickly and adapt to ambiguity. We are looking for strong communicators with:

  • The ability to create positive team cultures and lead confidently
  • A passion for outstanding customer service via phone, email, and live chat
  • Experience in call centre environments
  • A collaborative mindset that encourages cross-team participation
  • Desirable: experience in Rural/Agricultural industries; exposure to SAP and Salesforce
