The Company is a leading manufacturer of medical devices, listed in the Fortune 500 Best Companies to work for. This is a temporary assignment with the view to extend or go permanent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Facilities, Operations, and Quality Assurance departments.
  • Process incoming and outgoing parcels, coordinate shipments, and manage stock levels.
  • Oversee the Front Reception Desk and Client & Guest Services, 2 days a week.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administration, including answering job requests, contractor inductions, and managing company ID cards and building access cards.
  • Arrange and review onsite quotes and installation of services.

Requirements

  • Natural communicator with strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
