About the Role
Our organization's utilities projects division tackles critical infrastructure challenges in partnership with prominent Australian companies.
We're driving innovation, sustainability, and collaboration. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you'll play a vital role in attracting top talent and delivering workforce solutions for these high-profile projects.
Based out of our North Sydney office, you'll oversee the full recruitment process while working closely with hiring managers to make a direct impact on our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment, from job briefs and advertising to shortlisting and offer.
- Build talent pipelines for key roles using premium sourcing tools.
- Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
- Manage recruitment systems and reporting through Taleo.
- Ensure compliance by facilitating all relevant pre-employment checks.
