
High Volume Payroll Specialist

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing workforce data encompassing all personal and payroll-related information for employees.
Key Responsibilities- Review and validate employment conditions and manage employee data for new hires, rehires, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, wage changes, allowances, deductions, superannuation, personal data updates, and benefits.
- Conduct weekly, fortnightly and monthly compliance audit reports to proactively identify and resolve errors.
- EBA interpretation is crucial to maintain compliance with multiple Enterprise Agreements.
- Manage ServiceNow tickets and inquiries from stakeholders, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Experience in high-volume payroll operations using SAP software is essential.
- Strong understanding of EBA complexities is required.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital for escalating issues and advising stakeholders on complex matters.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll information while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
