About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. This role involves overseeing the coordination and optimisation of our core digital platforms.

The successful candidate will have experience managing and supporting digital systems or platforms in an educational setting, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in improving school operations through efficient systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the day-to-day operations of multiple school platforms
  • Work alongside vendors to ensure smooth implementation and integration of digital tools
  • Create user guides, SOPs, and training resources tailored to staff and family needs
  • Identify system inefficiencies and lead improvements in workflow and user experience
  • Provide data insights and operational reporting to inform school planning
  • Deliver onboarding and ongoing support to admin and teaching teams

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience managing and supporting digital systems or platforms in an educational setting
  • A genuine interest in improving school operations and enabling staff through efficient systems and processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support non-technical users
  • Excellent organisation, reliability, and attention to detail
  • A valid Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors
  • A willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
