Job Title: Content Marketing and Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Communications and Marketing department, you will play a vital role in creating clear, compelling, and brand-aligned content that attracts, informs, and inspires action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft engaging content across various channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and brochures.
  • Develop and manage content calendars that align with organisational priorities.
  • Use analytics and insights to refine content for greater engagement and conversion.
  • Work closely with colleagues in design, campaigns, recruitment, fundraising, and internal communications to ensure messaging is consistent, impactful, and audience-focused.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, digital marketing, public relations, journalism or related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in content marketing, including strategy and production.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible content.
  • Experience creating SEO-optimised content for websites, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Proven ability to use marketing automation tools and CRM systems to deliver targeted content.
