Job Description
In this full-time permanent role as Sales Manager leading a team of Leasing Consultants, you will be responsible for actively driving, managing, and contributing to the success of your team. Your sales management experience will enable you to provide coaching, guidance, and improve sales performance and productivity across your business unit.
The position is critical to the company's future direction and growth, with a focus on becoming the market leader through a structured sales-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor your team daily, conduct regular one-on-one catch-ups, and annual performance reviews to drive individual and team growth.
- Recognize and reward excellent sales achievements while reinforcing desirable behaviors aligned with MMS Values.
- Build upon an already motivated, committed, and productive team to drive exceptional results.
- IDentify training needs and coordinate relevant training to support individuals who require extra development.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure all sales targets are met within budget expectations.
- Manage workflow daily, including lead allocation, monitoring WIP levels, and measuring task delivery.
- Continuously evaluate the sales process, call flow, and scripting to optimize results.
- Lead your team to achieve daily, monthly, and annual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
- Assist with escalated calls, complaints, and quality issues.
- Maintain positive working relationships with key Fleet stakeholders, Salary Packaging stakeholders, and Senior Management.
- Collaborate with dealerships and manufacturers to promote our organization positively, both reputationally and financially.
- Stay vigilant for opportunities to enhance existing business processes and systems to deliver superior customer outcomes.
