Job Description

As a Senior Manager, you will lead the Asia Pacific region's rewards strategy in alignment with our global remuneration framework. This role is responsible for developing and implementing a localized remuneration and benefits strategy that supports performance-based rewards and aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a localized remuneration and benefits strategy to support business goals.
  • Engage with our global rewards network to ensure alignment and share best practices.
  • Provide expert advice to business leaders, support bid teams, and contribute to gender pay equity initiatives.
  • Oversee the annual remuneration review cycle, executive compensation, and global mobility governance.
  • Promote a culture of recognition and performance through aligned reward systems.
  • Ensure adherence to global frameworks, local regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in managing and delivering remuneration programs and strategies.
  • Proven ability to work independently in mid to large-sized organizations while partnering with global teams.
  • Adept at juggling competing priorities while maintaining focus on both strategic and administrative aspects of the role.
  • Prior experience working closely with executive leadership, particularly on executive-level remuneration strategies.
  • Experience in job architecture and organizational design is highly regarded.
