This is an exciting opportunity to join a global financial services group, working in 31 markets with 56 years of unbroken profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring peer remuneration arrangements and disclosures, as well as market benchmarking.

The role involves drafting clear, concise and well-structured materials, including PowerPoint packs tailored for senior management, the Board, and regulatory bodies. This includes advising on and managing compliance with remuneration regulation, producing board packs and other disclosures and reporting for regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
