Scheduling Coordinator

At Southern Cross Care, we're committed to delivering exceptional care and services to our residents and clients. As a Rostering Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our services are delivered consistently, on-time, and in line with each client's individual needs.
About the Role- You'll be responsible for communicating with clients, coordinators, and staff to roster ongoing services and respond to service change requests.
- You'll build service runs for staff, utilizing mapping tools to minimize travel time and maximize staff utilization while promoting primary carer model of services.
- You'll fill vacant services in a timely manner in response to unplanned staff and client leave.
In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you'll work alongside Care Managers, Home Care Coordinators, and supportive management who are dedicated to your development and success in the role.
About You
- We're looking for an individual with demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role.
- You should possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, as well as sound problem-solving abilities.
- A strong ability to negotiate effectively, mitigate conflict, establish trust, and manage expectations is essential.
What We Offer
- An estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
