About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Trainee to join our team as a Schedule Coordinator at ECH. This is an 18-month full-time traineeship opportunity that will provide you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in a customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules for support staff, ensuring adequate coverage to meet participant needs.
  • Communicate effectively with support staff to confirm shifts, manage availability, and handle any roster changes or adjustments.
  • Liaise with clients and their families to gather scheduling preferences and ensure their needs are met effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to rostering activities.
  • Ensure prompt and professional communication with clients, including answering calls and delivering messages accurately.
  • Data entry and spreadsheet management.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. You will also have a professional attitude and be able to multitask effectively.

Candidate Requirements
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Commitment to completing a Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement) (BSB30120).
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Ability to work effectively with people of all backgrounds.
What We Offer

This traineeship offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

You will be employed by Apprenticeship Careers Australia (ACA) and hosted to work at ECH, gaining valuable experience and skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
