About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Scheduling Administrator. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth scheduling of audits for our client, a leading Australian-owned certification body.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule audits efficiently, guaranteeing timely delivery
  • Communicate effectively with clients and auditors, sending confirmation emails and proactively following up with clients
  • Manage calendars and coordinate tasks
  • Maintain accurate records using internal software systems
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring all logistical needs are met
About You
  • You possess strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Able to think critically and solve problems effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport
  • You will bring strong customer service skills with a background in either retail, hospitality or corporate.
