Audit Scheduling Coordinator

About this opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an Audit Scheduling Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule audits, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Communicate with clients and auditors, sending confirmation emails and proactively follow up with clients
- Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate records using internal software systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to phone and email inquiries
About You:
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Able to think critically and problem-solve effectively

- $55,000 - $60,000 per annum plus superannuation, with additional bonuses after the first 12 months
- Permanent full-time position with standard business hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm)
