About this opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an Audit Scheduling Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently schedule audits, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Communicate with clients and auditors, sending confirmation emails and proactively follow up with clients
  • Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records using internal software systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to phone and email inquiries

About You:

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Able to think critically and problem-solve effectively
