We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve client satisfaction and revenue targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and penetration of client contracts.
- Manage negotiations between clients and third-party organisations.
- Collaborate with sales and support groups to demonstrate value and identify opportunities for expanded support business.
- Act as the primary interface between clients and our organisation to ensure an optimal level of service.
- Liaise between customer and product support staff.
- Create a client environment conducive to sales efforts.
- Maintain awareness of new products and releases through regular updates with Product Managers.
- Determine client needs and propose suitable products, services and upgrades to maintain and grow revenue.
- Advise clients on information and business technology strategy to enhance their overall success.
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of Datapay and ability to deal with clients at all levels.
- Specialist knowledge of Datapay and Australian payroll legislation.
- Knowledge of Account Management techniques and disciplines.
- 5+ years' experience in Datapay payroll, ideally with a payroll bureau using Datapay.
- Demonstrated experience in managing people and teams.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, together with strong customer service skills.
- Proven sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills.
- Strong ability to motivate and manage direct and indirect teams of employees across multiple functions.
