Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives within the Australian market.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling/procuring chemical products within the animal feed industry, with a strong ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive lead generation efforts through ANZ market research, referrals, tradeshows, and other strategic activities.
  • Actively participate in industry events and conferences both domestically and internationally to represent our brand and build a robust professional network.
  • Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging pre-sales presentations and high-level product demonstrations.
  • Oversee the negotiation process, including scope, delivery, and commercial terms.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.
  • Produce formal monthly reports outlining key activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement monthly and quarterly sales strategy plans.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on sales-related tasks and report directly to them.

About You:

  • A proven track record of success in business development or sales roles.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) with excellent English communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling or procuring chemical products, preferably within the animal feed or herbacide industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
