About the Role

CARS24 Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Ancillary Products businesses. As Director of Business Growth and Innovation, you will be responsible for scaling our product portfolio, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a national strategy to scale the Ancillary Products portfolio, aligning with business objectives and ensuring seamless integration with customer journeys.
  • Product Launch & Scaling: Lead the development, piloting, and national scaling of new product lines, driving innovation and customer satisfaction.
  • P&L Ownership: Take full ownership of the P&L for all Ancillary Products, managing costs, resources, and revenue growth while maintaining profitability.
  • Operations Management: Oversee and manage operations personnel to ensure seamless execution and delivery of various Ancillary Products.
  • Customer Experience: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Ancillary Products seamlessly into the customer journey, enhancing overall customer engagement.
  • Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with third-party vendors to expand service offerings and ensure quality standards.
  • Market Research & Insight: Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of trends, understand competitors, and identify new customer needs.
  • Performance Management: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement of the Ancillary Products portfolio.
  • Execution Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end execution of product initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.
