Senior Site Coordinator - Civil

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Site Coordinator with civil expertise to lead the execution phase of our new grid connected solar project.

This role involves overseeing site mobilization, managing construction activities, and ensuring compliance with Australian standards across the civil discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with onsite teams to guarantee HSE standards, cost, and quality standards are met.
  • Support planning, organizing, and coordinating site activities, reporting issues, and developing solutions.
  • Conduct quality checks on delivered items from internal and third-party sources, verifying installation standards are achieved.
  • Ensure full adherence to Australian standards across the civil discipline of a utility scale solar project.
  • Maintain HSE standards and safe work practices.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil) or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in site coordination, preferably in the energy sector, with a civil focus.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Valid Australian driver's license.
  • Self-motivated, able to work remotely, and independently within a collaborative environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and diligent approach.
  • Ability to balance quality, time, and cost pressures effectively.
