Role Overview

This part-time role offers 30 hours per week, with flexibility in how those hours are structured.

You will support the day-to-day operations of a busy, dynamic site, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Your key responsibilities include coordinating facility maintenance, site services, and small projects, managing invoicing and financial administration, answering phone calls, and attending to visitors on-site.

About You

You should have experience working with accounts, invoicing, purchase orders, and reconciliation, be organised, proactive, and resilient, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
